UScellular has a 15-Day Excellence Guarantee & Return Policy. If a customer is not satisfied, they can let UScellular know within 15 days. The customer will only pay for the service used, and can get a refund for activation fees. No Early Termination Fee will apply. Devices or accessories can be returned or exchanged within 15 days. When returning, credit is applied to the UScellular account or to the original payment method. A small $35 restocking fee per item applies. The device should be in like-new condition with original packaging, battery, SIM card, chargers, cables, other components and manuals. The device should be cleared of all personal information, reset to manufacturer default settings, and deleted from any cloud accounts. Accessories should be in like-new condition, i.e., perfect working condition with no physical, cosmetic and/or liquid damage. All original packaging, components and manuals should be included with the return. Liquid screen protectors are not eligible for return or exchange once the packaging has been opened. If the device was mailed (e.g. orders online or over the phone), the pre-paid, pre-addressed return slip included with the package can be used to send it back within 15 days of the activation date. Customers can also visit in-store to return.
